Campers Village Shipping Policy
Campers Village ships exclusively within Canada to Canadian addresses only.
UPS & Canada Post Service
Campers Village offers the following delivery services with Canada Post and UPS:
- Canada Post – Expedited Parcel (Xpresspost™ service is next day and 2 days*)+
- Canada Post – Priority Courier (Priority Next A.M. service is next A.M. *)+
- UPS – Ground (UPS Standard service is day definite by date scheduled**)+
- UPS – Expedited (2 Business Days service**)+

Please note we do not offer Canada Post Regular Parcel service because we receive the same shipping rates for Expedited Parcel service. We thought you would like the fastest service possible at the same price! We hope you agree.
A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 9am – 5 pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the delivery.
Once the shipment is picked up from our warehouse for delivery, it is no longer our responsibility to track the shipment. You will be sent a tracking number and shipment information from your carrier of choice via email so you can track your shipment online.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking and delivery notification via email from your carrier selected (UPS or Canada Post) with information on delivery times and how to track your package.
Some items which are hazardous, very heavy or oversized may need to be delivered by another carrier. Should this be the case, Campers Village will contact you directly with delivery and tracking information. Shipping costs for these items have already been accounted for in the shipping rates seen during your check-out process. There will be no extra charge to you once your order has been submitted online.
In-Store Pickup – Free Service
You may pick up your order at any one of the three Campers Village locations. Orders will be available for pick-up from your store of choice between 4 and 7 business days. We will call you when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring photo identification and your email order confirmation to obtain your order.

In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. We observe many Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada.

Campers Village Return Policy
At Campers Village, our mission is to help you enjoy your outdoor adventures.
We want you to have a great experience in our stores and in the outdoors. We do this by providing you with premium quality, well-designed products at competitive prices, combined with the best possible customer service and product knowledge.
We’re confident in our customer service and product selection and we want you to be happy with the products you’ve purchased from Campers Village. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns within 30 days for full product refund or exchange are accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging. The tender will be made to the same tender used for the original purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded nor will Campers Village be responsible for return shipping charge.
For health and safety reasons, the following items will not be accepted for return or exchange: base layers, underwear, swim wear, socks, food, bear and dog spray, sleeping bags, mattresses, and opened software.
How to Return Merchandise:
You have two options for returning your purchase(s).
1. In-store return: Products may be returned in person at any Campers Village location. Please bring unused, returnable items with the original sales receipt to any of the following Campers Village locations:

2. Mail-in return: Products may be shipped back to our West Edmonton store location. You are responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the shipment against loss or damage. Please do not return any products freight collect or COD, as these shipments will be refused.
Please download the return form using the link below and label your return package with the completed form.
We recommend shipping the product(s) insured with carriers including Canada Post or UPS who can provide you with a tracking number.

Warranty Claims:
Campers Village will act on your behalf for all manufacturer warranties for the products that we sell.
Be sure to enclose a letter detailing your full address, contact information, and a copy of your receipt. Please explain, in detail, the defects that are present. Where applicable, please clean or launder the item before returning it for warranty consideration.
